Freight delivery to Europe from Ukraine is a route Ukrautologistic Group has been running since 2010. 16 years on the corridor, over 570 corporate clients, 97.5% on-time deliveries. Groupage loads, full truckloads and oversized cargo move to the EU and back — each type gets its own transport and its own route plan.

We ship both ways. From Ukraine to the EU — goods for marketplace warehouses, equipment, metal, raw materials, agricultural produce. From Europe to Ukraine — spare parts, machinery, components, production lines. The return leg doesn’t run empty: a loaded truck splits the road costs and brings your rate down.

Destinations cover all of Europe: Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Denmark, Norway, Great Britain. Plus container legs through the ports of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Klaipeda. Don’t see your country on the list? We’ll work out the route on request — our EU partner network makes it possible.

We match the transport to the cargo, not the other way around. A standard tilt trailer takes up to 22 tonnes, 33 euro pallets and around 86 m³ — enough for most commercial shipments. For everything else there’s our own fleet: a reefer holds the temperature range for food and pharmaceuticals, an insulated van suits cargo sensitive to swings, while flatbeds and lowboys handle machinery, equipment and oversized loads.

The key difference is accountability for the whole route in one pair of hands. Ukrautologistic Group takes the shipment on under contract and runs it from loading to unloading. Matching the solution to the cargo type, documents, insurance, control at every stage — all on the company. A failure at any point becomes its problem, not yours: the client has a single point of accountability instead of a chain of subcontractors each passing the blame.

Border and customs are on the carrier, not on you. CMR, TIR carnet, invoices, axle weight control, working with the customs broker — the company handles it. That removes two typical headaches of self-managed export: a fine for axle overload and a border delay over incorrectly filed paperwork.
