Task: Organize the international road transportation of a shipment of candy from Istanbul to Kyiv. The client needed the products to be delivered within the agreed timeframe while maintaining the condition and appearance of the boxes throughout transportation.
Challenge: The shipment consisted of a large number of boxes that had to be loaded tightly and evenly inside the curtain-sided trailer. On a route of more than 1,000 km, it was important to prevent the boxes from shifting during transit, particularly on sections with uneven road surfaces. Any significant movement could have resulted in damage to the packaging and the products themselves.
Solution: Ukravtologistics Group arranged the transportation using a curtain-sided semi-trailer. During loading, the boxes of candy were placed in tight rows to form a stable cargo block. The loading arrangement took into account the characteristics of the boxed cargo while leaving the necessary space for safe opening and closing of the curtain. Once loading was completed, the cargo was additionally secured to minimize movement during transit. The transportation was monitored throughout the entire route from Istanbul to Kyiv.
Result: The shipment of candy was delivered from Istanbul to Kyiv in 7 days, from September 21 to September 27, 2026. The boxes arrived without damage, and the confectionery products were handed over to the client in proper condition.
