Requirements for the candidate:
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level;
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS 2010;
- Knowledge of foreign trade document flow, international trade, transport logistics, understanding of foreign economic processes in a trading company;
- Knowledge of 1C, MS Office, Excel;
- Experience with brokers, forwarders.
Functional responsibilities:
- Development of optimal delivery schemes (road / sea), search for carriers;
- Checking the correctness of the supplier filling out customs documents (contracts, invoices, packaging, bills of lading, certificates);
- Communication (with transport workers, brokers, accounting, warehouses, sales department);
- Interaction with customs brokers. Preparation and verification of permits for customs clearance of goods;
- Planning and control of payments for transportation, customs clearance of goods;
- Working with entrusted suppliers (placing an order for production, fixing complaints, tracking marketing, maintaining balance of payments);
- Monitoring of new suppliers on demand (requests for price lists and costing for new products.
