Due to the company’s growth, we are inviting a Logistics Manager for Grain and Bulk Road Transportation to join our team.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a logistics manager in grain road transportation;
- Understanding of grain and bulk cargo transportation specifics, as well as loading and unloading processes;
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and carriers;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Confident PC user with experience in 1C, MS Office, tender platforms, and logistics systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Organization of grain and bulk cargo road transportation within Ukraine and internationally;
- Attracting carriers and clients, building long-term partnerships, and monitoring drivers’ performance;
- Control of documentation flow at all stages of transportation (primary documents);
- Interaction with grain elevators, ports, and other participants in the grain supply chain;
- Accounts receivable control;
- Working with tender and logistics platforms;
- Reporting and analytics.
