🚛 Route: Bremerhaven, Germany → Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine
🚜 Cargo: John Deere 5120M tractor + John Deere 540M front loader
👤 Client: an international humanitarian organization ⏱ Timeline: June 2026
✅ Result: equipment delivered undamaged and fully assembled
The task: An international humanitarian organization commissioned the transport of a new John Deere 5120M tractor with a 540M front loader from Bremerhaven to Kyiv Oblast. The machine was intended for on-site farm work — and it had to be delivered fully assembled, without removing the loader.
The moment that stuck with us: A tractor with the 540M loader mounted is a tall machine. As we positioned the trailer for loading, it was immediately clear that the clearance between the cab and the trailer roof came down to centimeters. It had to be driven on slowly and dead straight along the axis, without the slightest deviation. The driver made it in on the first attempt — but it was a tense moment. Once the straps were secured, we checked the height again. Everything fit. Things like this aren’t written in any manual — it’s simply experience you either have or you don’t.
Route and documents: Bremerhaven is a major vehicle port in northern Germany, a regular departure point for machinery shipped across Europe. From there, the tractor set off by road through Poland into Ukraine. The cargo’s humanitarian status called for the appropriate set of documents — a separate task handled before departure, so that no questions would arise at the border.
Result: The John Deere 5120M tractor with the 540M loader arrived in Kyiv Oblast fully assembled and undamaged. The equipment was handed over to the client within the agreed timeframe.
