Case Study: Delivery of Two Vehicles for a Charitable Organization from Germany to Dnipro

Task: Organize the international transportation of two vehicles — an Opel Vivaro L3H1 and a Citroën Jumper Double Cab — from Ulm (Germany) to Dnipro. The vehicles were intended for the needs of a charitable organization, making it important for the customer to minimize logistics costs and deliver the transport to Ukraine within the shortest possible timeframe.

Challenge: Transporting two vehicles in a single shipment required careful loading planning. Due to the different dimensions of the vehicles, it was necessary to ensure secure fastening for each one. Any mistake during loading could have resulted in damage to the vehicles or the need to arrange separate shipments, significantly increasing the customer’s expenses.

Solution: Ukrautologistic Group developed a loading scheme to transport both vehicles in a standard curtain-sided semi-trailer. During loading, ramps and additional securing equipment were used to safely position the vehicles inside the trailer. The team monitored the proper weight distribution, ensured reliable vehicle fastening, and prepared the complete set of documents required for international transportation. Throughout the entire route, the customer received updates on the delivery status.

Result: The Opel Vivaro and Citroën Jumper were delivered to Dnipro in a single shipment within 7 days. Both vehicles arrived without damage and were handed over to the charitable organization fully ready for further use. Thanks to the combined transportation approach, the customer optimized logistics costs and reduced delivery times.
