Case Study: Delivery of IEETEK Singo2000 Plus Power Stations from Germany to Ukraine for Humanitarian Needs

Task: Organize the international transportation of a batch of IEETEK Singo2000 Plus power stations from Elsenfeld (Germany) to Ukraine. The cargo was intended for humanitarian purposes, with seven separate unloading locations across the Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions. It was important for the customer to deliver the equipment as part of a single logistics project and ensure that the cargo reached each designated destination without disrupting the planned schedule.

Challenge: The main difficulty was not the international transportation itself, but its final stage. A single vehicle had to complete seven consecutive deliveries in different regions of Ukraine. Any delay at one unloading point could affect the entire route. In addition, the power stations contained lithium-ion batteries (UN3480), which required compliance with regulations governing the transportation of this type of cargo.

Solution: Before the shipment began, Ukrautologistic Group specialists carefully planned the route sequence and unloading schedule. During loading in Germany, the pallets were arranged according to the delivery order to avoid unnecessary cargo rearrangements during transit. At every stage of the journey, the driver maintained communication with the organization’s representatives and coordinated the arrival time at each subsequent destination. This approach ensured full control over the entire route, from the first to the seventh unloading point.

Result: All IEETEK Singo2000 Plus power stations were delivered within 7 days without damage or cargo loss. The humanitarian organization received the equipment at all planned destinations without the need to engage additional transport or independently coordinate domestic logistics within Ukraine.
