Case Study: Delivery of a CASE 570SV Backhoe Loader from Germany to Dnipro for a Charitable Foundation

Task: Organize the international transportation of a CASE 570SV backhoe loader from Ulm (Germany) to Dnipro. The equipment was intended for infrastructure and reconstruction projects in Ukraine. It was important for the customer to receive the cargo within the agreed timeframe while maintaining full control over the transportation process throughout the entire route.Challenge: The CASE 570SV backhoe loader has substantial dimensions and weight, requiring the selection of an appropriate transport solution that would ensure the safe placement of the equipment while complying with international transportation requirements. An additional challenge was minimizing border crossing time and ensuring that the machinery reached Dnipro within the specified timeframe.Solution: Ukrautologistic Group selected the optimal transport option for the backhoe loader — a MEGA trailer with an internal body height of 3 meters. This solution made it possible to complete the delivery without the need for oversized transport or additional permits. Loading was organized at the sender’s facility in Ulm, the equipment was securely fastened, and the full set of documents required for international transportation was prepared. The route passed through Poland with border crossing via the Krakovets checkpoint. Throughout the entire journey, the customer received up-to-date information regarding the cargo’s location and delivery status.Result: The CASE 570SV backhoe loader was delivered to Dnipro within 7 days without delays or damage. The charitable foundation received the equipment within the planned timeframe and was able to promptly deploy it for work on reconstruction and recovery projects.
